Science is like a knife. It depends on the person who uses it whether it is used for a good purpose or a bad one.
On the whole if it does good to majority of the people in this world we can say it is good. I painted a picture on this theme. "Choice is yours" is the title of my work. Please go to http://www.kkartfromscience.com & read the description & see my work. And I don't know much about God to say something! So I keep myself away in commenting on such things. Science gives you a kick if you invent or discover new things that will benefit humanity. You feel you are Super-human in such a circumstance! Poetry & art gives you satisfaction. The feeling is less euphoric. I have experienced the feelings of achievements in several fields & believe me Science gives you the highest satisfaction & greatest feelings.

what i meant was the marriage of poetry and scientific fact..like the mind of einstein....but education only deals with facts and wont marry facts to fantasy...if one could see the universe as gods body and as god grows then a new universe is growing to..who is to prove im wrong and who is to prove human science is on the right path..to bring a story to science is to enliven the hearts of students and less chance of failure and stress when exam time..to fill ones wallet with a job :)

Basic education is going out of fashion now. People are stressing on job-oriented knowledge. Is the art of writing poems job - oriented? No, so nobody cares about it. You write poems because your hear t, soul & mind feels happy when you do that. People argue that only when your stomach is full your heart sings by seeing things around you & reacting to them & can write poems happily. And you need a job for filling your pocket & stomach. Poetry comes next. But I read a poem on hunger too - obviously the poet wrote it when he was hungry. So the argument doesn't have a firm ground. All poets know they write it because they want to do it as it makes them happy. Who cares about job or money? We don't need good education to write poems. Anybody who has a heart & mind that can interact with his surroundings can write poetry.

most education is based on objective thinking...therefore money springs up all the time...has education lost its sense of poetry and the personal as it madly goes forth into what it thinks is great progress...its progress allright but has lost the many varied layers poetry has to offer and at school if you try to be subjective then one feels your holding up the show..did not god say when he was here and reports convinced that he was god and even the authorites were nervous of the man called jesus when he said he came for all nations and that means everyone...gosh everyone...what love and he said he was also composed of the truth..meaning that those of us assumed dull or boreing are also part of jesus..poets in schools give the authorites headaches because authorites gear students for money ideas ONLY if we are honest about this..sure to stand back and look at poets or jazz we could grin and ridicule them...but the wealth poets have is so staggering this message sadly would not be able to contain the number of credits as poetry is a process river while objective facts end in a finished product and this can arise in poor health of the producer limiting the flow which poetry can bring...i choose poetry not because its unpopular but in time like the rabbit and the snail in a race ...the snail wins because the rabbit fancies his distractions along the race..the distractions of money convenience and hoildays due to the never satisfied finished product thats pretends to be finished..as they go madly back to work to discover a new angle ....as this is a chance for more money but alas same old product sweating for a new angle for another bonas as the holidays are advanceing quicker due to the calander celibrations..however the other end of the stick the personal side either goes away sulking with no paid job or strikes gold with his poetry and discovers a process that is never ending and not too demanding as the money is slow to come in but looks promiseing...there is idea joy here and the other side full of stress has money joy..why does education ignore the poet and nurture his luck and favour the money facts..its dangerous not to support the poet..suicide...its not such a risk to leave someone without money..have we gone cowardly and become cruel in knowledge
It reflects the times we live in. I didn't understand your theory of doors. People need your glass doors too. However, they try to get love but refuse to give it back. It is a sort of selfishness. But if you don't give what you get, you will lose it. That is what is happening all around us.

yes im glad for you that your trying for discoveries and happiest with your science...i notice in my country called ireland...we like to succeed in knowledge...but i notice Dr Krishna there is terrible inequality in our education..would one be happy in heaven if the rest of your family are in hell...god forbid..just an example....if i discovered factually that the universe was a bath tub and shocked the scientific community showing the exact layout of many gallaxies and could predict future movements further than anyone dreamed of but a friend of mine who would be a poet like me but lacked scientific discepline and would make a more brilliant discovery but our education forced him out...because our education has no patience for the imagination...how could i relish in my discovery if my friend is not acknowledged..the door of possibilities of art and religion is made of metal..but the door of possibilities of love is made of glass....yet humans choose the metal door..why is mankind so hard on itself..he's arrogant enough to think he doesnt need the help of a glass door :)

usually metal doors are closed security doors which i use here symbolically as a person who is ignored or their ideas ignored regardless of experience..glass doors can be seen through and an idea can be shared once one looks through the glass...like a door that is open or ajar..more chances of shareing ideas....like love....i feel that our education was a lie...lots of enthusiasm but became tired and exhausted...too much closed metal doors as they got rid of students that couldnt withstand the lies..what a disgrace of an art college...to get a diploma in defeating truth...and everyone knows no one knows the truth as everyone lies...but you would think a college of higher learning would know better....how is man to progress and if he does then its very slowly..the students that got rejected would be actually mankinds only hope...you know shamefully we hardly got to see our head lecturer..with the likes of my character i feel he knew what i wanted...and other lecturers also left...love is no good without truth and vice versa

It is not science at fault when these things are done but people who are using it - or rather misusing it.
Science doesn't encourage people to do such things. It is the human beings who are unable to control their human behaviour do such things. like I said earlier I don't know much about God to say anything about him or her. But I know some genetic factors as well as emotional distress contribute to mental illnesses. These effects can be nullified with drugs & training. Some millions of chemical reactions take place while a single fertilized egg is being transformed into an adult human being. Anything can go wrong anytime depending on the conditions in which these are occurring. It is a miracle when a fully healthy baby emerges out of the womb. Then while the growth of the baby's brain is taking place in the early stages of development if the circumstances are not right & if it subjected to emotional stress again the baby can develop mental problems. Even a fully grown adult can become mentally unstable if he is subjected to constant abuse or stress. Both genetic factors as well as surroundings should be right & healthy for a human being to become a normal healthy being. Usually all these things don't be in the right proportions. Some people will have a strong mind ( developed because of good support & training) because of which they can withstand the stress & turbulence better. Some who are unfortunate not to have a strong mind succumb to stress & become unstable. These things can again be corrected with medicines & therapy. That is where science helps. That is what science told us & that is what I believe in.

medical science calls those that are easily distracted as mentally ill and especially if one sees visions or if you feel you get sound like contacts from another unscientific source outside this world..well i think theres more to it then the label of sickness..does the label imply the wages for a doctor and the nice knock on effect this has on the assumed patient..science and art demands a product or discovery to move on to the next exciteing discovery....but the people who are made into a product called "mentally ill" maybe not acknowledged properly...being part of gods creation and god is not completely cruel that he would create a mentally ill group of people to prop up a medical establishment..as an assumed mentally ill person gets distracted...maybe god is telling the scientific people that these distractions are relavent and if one was to use a word for them...i would call the mentally ill..."process people"...who venture further and see more discoveries but are not called discoveries by science but ridiculas bablings ..and does science realize these same people were burned as witches in the 1400's....we are getting better yes....we give these people straight jackets and tablets and keep them out of the way or they end up alcoholics or drug addicts towards suicide..impossible to acknowledge as science hasnt changed a bit just a bit more humane...when will all gods creation be acknowledged in science and art..to embrace the humble "process" of life instead of the "arrogant" product of life....if science and art thinks its enlightened...for me ....it is not..just a little bright shade of darkness...there are many gifts the assumed mentally ill have but society shuts them out and in our ignorance....shut interesting parts of god to and science and art
