Sand sculpture Championship in Moscow

Internationally acclaimed sand artist Sudarshan Patnaik from Orissa has been selected to represent India at the 11-day 2nd Moscow World Sand Sculpture Championship that begins on April 28.
Mr. Patnaik, who has been invited by Pavel Zadanyuk, chairman of the selection commitee, told PTI that he would carve a 2.50 m sculpture with world cinema as theme at tehchampionship venue, Kolomenskoe Museum Reserve in Moscow.
