Inspired by Science: Your DNA as art
Welcome to a new generation of personalised modern art. A company in the UK named DNA Art, creates “self-portraits” based on DNA. How does it work? Clients are given a cotton swab to take a sample of their DNA, which is then sent back to the company’s lab. A fragment of the DNA is tagged with fluorescent dyes and than photographed. The result is a series of bands and highlights that creates the unique portrait.
Sounds very interesting. Do you want to have your own DNA art in your living room? If you do, please visit the website to know more about it
