Q: what is the secret to your confidence?

I don’t think superficial things like walking straight like the gurus say on the net  make you confident from inside. The moment you see a problematic issue, your body language returns to non-confident configuration automatically if you ‘try to pretend confidence’.

For the confidence to be with you always, develop your inner confidence. How?

Attain tremendous genuine knowledge. This gives you great confidence.

Develop critical thinking   abilities. This makes you analyse anything and everything in the right way. And solve problems with ease.

Be honest. This is another aspect that gives you confidence from within.

Be realistic. See things exactly as they are.

Because positivity sometimes makes you over confident - makes you expect more than you put your efforts into an activity, while negativity makes you less confident.

Being realistic balances your confidence in the right way.

Focus on your strengths and abilities and make maximum use of them.

Take care of your health. A healthy and strong body improves your confidence.

Maintain good relationships with others around. But if there are toxic people around you that lower your confidence, just cut them off from your life.

Be good but always ‘carry a big stick with you’ while doing that.

If you firmly think something is right after a thorough analysis, stand by it at all times.

Accept extreme challenges and try to overcome them. Each test - when successfully passed - makes you more and more confident.

All these things gave me tremendous confidence from within. My body and mind show this automatically at all times and in all situations. I need not ‘develop it from outside’ anymore.
