Sport Art during Commonwealth Games in Delhi

An art exhibition to coincide with Commonwealth games in Delhi is being
organised by 11galleries in association with Lalit Kala Akademy of
India. It brings 100 artists from all over India together for the first
time under single roof. The artists have been given two themes to choose
from- either to depict Delhi as they see it, or sports from their
perspective. These paintings are also going to be displayed as public
art in the form of hoardings and sign boards in heir printed versions in
various 150 parts of Delhi. These hoardings can be bought by the art
lovers.
