The Art of Saying Things Inspirationally

It really is an art to say things & make people think & act accordingly.

Science is not a matter of opinion; there is only one truth.

A man paints with his brains and not with his hands - Michelangelo

A great artist is always before his time or behind it - George Edward

The job of the artist is always to deepen the mystery - Francis Bacon

Land really is the best art - Andy Warhol

"Art is not what you see but what others make you see"
-French Artist, Edgar Degas

The best scientists themselves are usually artists -  Einstein

Normal is not something to aspire to, it's something to get away from - Jodie Foster

Great minds discuss ideas; Average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people - Eleanor Roosevelt

People have opinions about art, whereas science is a bit more concrete.

“All art should become science and all science art,” declared the German Romantic poet Friedrich Schlegel

Einstein once declared, "Creativity is the residue of time wasted."

When people asked Leonardo da Vinci the secret of his creative and inventing genius, he replied “Saper Vedere,” - to know how to see.

Saper vedere, Sapio audacter …sapere aude
To see is to know – dare to know …dare to be wise-think boldly!

Words have more influence when tied to an identity.

Ideas are not set in stone. When exposed to thoughtful people, they morph and adapt into their most potent form.

"An artist sells what he paints. A painter paints what he sells."- Pablo Picasso

John Cleese - “Creativity is not a talent. It is a way of operating.”

Creativity is combining and connecting things:

Successful scientists have often been people with wide interests. Their originality may have derived from their diverse knowledge … Originality often consists in linking up ideas whose connection was not previously suspected - Beveridge

Only when they have exhausted all the food , water and air ,  they will know they cannot eat money!

Oftentimes the right moment to learn the most is when you’ve done something stupid, not necessarily when you’ve triumphed.

An optimist would say the glass is half full, while a pessimist would say it is half empty. I have a third point of view. For me the glass is always full - half with water and half with air .

Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all- Aristotle (That is okay during Aristotle's time. But now science says, how can heart get educated? )

Paradoxes to keep you thinking:

Nobody goes to the restaurant because it is too crowded.
Don't go near the water until you learn how to swim.
Can a man drown in the fountain of eternal life?
Your mission is not to accept the mission. Do you accept?
If I ask you out on a date, would your answer be the same as your answer to this question?
This sentence is false.
If everything is possible, is it possible for something to be impossible?
What happens if Pinocchio says "my nose will now grow"?
If you make a new years resolution to not keep any new years resolutions would you keep it?

Family isn't always blood. It is the people in your life who want you in their's.

The ones who accept you for who you are. The ones who would do anything to see you smile and who love you no matter what.

Brave men are the strongest walls of all, and no Fortress can stand if Men desert it -  Tolkien

There is a correlation between higher IQ and introversion. And many people incorrectly believe introversion = shyness, which is not really the case. Introverted people do not feel as comfortable with strangers, in large crowds, or making small talk.  They do much better when surrounded by smaller groups of closer friends (family, colleagues, etc.) discussing matters in depth. And then having enough downtime to recharge their batteries for the next intense period of work or conversation.

Stupidity and the complete disregard for rational or logical thought can kill you more quickly than other deadly things.

"There's always Gauss." Or there's always Mozart. Or there's always Einstein. Or there's always Shakespeare...
