Project title: Living Laboratories: Enhancing Audience Engagement through Making and Curating Digital Art.This collaborative doctoral project will be a partnership between FACT Liverpool and Newcastle University's Culture Lab, and provides a unique opportunity for an ambitious practitioner who can gain invaluable academic and real life experience that is new in its kind. Science does not always produce successful art and new projects should not simply rely on the glamour of technological developments to overwhelm the concept of the piece itself.
