Yes, strength does not come from winning. If everything comes easily for you, you will never become mentally strong! Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender but fight back that is strength. When you analyse situations & circumstances that are adverse & realize how to overcome them, you will become more strong from within. If you build your life from these negative experiences, You become rock solid & nothing can move you. In fact you will invite more struggles like I do! I want to test myself & each negative experience gives more muscles to my mind! In fact Your creativity increases because of all the knowledge you gain from life's lessons!

It seems most of the geniuses have  little mental conditions!

I can never work in a box, but I don't think I have any mental conditions or secrets to reveal. Just the ordinary stuff everybody faces in life. Several of my friends in the creative field share their tragedies with me. When I hear all these stories, I  feel sad because they are unable to overcome them but at the same time I think I am lucky because what people think are tragedies that had tremendous affect on their lives - don't affect me much even though I stand face to face with them!

(My reply to a creative friend who says he has a mental condition & asked me whether I have one too!)

Our lives are not determined by what happens to us but by how we react to what happens, Not by what life brings to us, but by the attitude we bring to life.
A positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events, and outcomes.
It is a catalyst, a spark that creates extraordinary results.

Soft skills are obviously not a replacement for hard or technical skills, but they are as essential as hard skills for organizational and personal success.

"A human being is a part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feeling as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty."
