Health & Fitness a very simple and short term but it has a vast elaboration. It covers a broad aspect stretching from mental health to physical and fitness, it means a lot for the healthy living being. Health and fitness represents the inclusive appearance of an individual, a person having a good health with a fit body easily grabs the attention of the crowd. It is not that only youngsters or the age group from 20 – 35 should maintain their body but also all the age group and both the gender should have a healthy and fit body; even kids too need a special attention and care regarding their diet and fitness; It values for the patients especially the bones and heart patients are advised to pay more attention to their health and fitness.
Every day one should spend at least an hour in exercise as it keeps the body more active and healthy, there is a great saying “15 minutes of fitness a day can add 3 years to your life”. If a person is healthy and physically fit, it is easy to fight against diseases, the organ functions properly and less percentage of disorders in body are noticed, it also cures several mild disorders and gives relief from stress. Some people those who think that they don’t have time for physical exercise will sooner or later have to find time for illness.
Nowadays due to the busy and hectic schedule a person is unable to take a good care of its health but this can lead to unhealthy future as it is said that healthier you are the longer gets your life. Numbers of people spend their health in gaining wealth but later on they realize that they are spending wealth in regaining their health. The most important point to note is that a person needs a proper knowledge regarding the maintenance of health and fitness. There are many clubs, yoga centre and Gym where you can get perfect guidance to keep the body healthy.
You should have a complete diet plan to add more efficiency of your body. Intake of proper and essential food is necessary as it is an essential part of our health and fitness. Food provides more nutrition and contains vitamins, proteins, minerals etc. all the mental, chemical, physical and hormonal activities requires appropriate value of nutrition gives a strong support in repairing and rebuilding the body. Walking is considered to be one of the important types of aerobic exercises. My own prescription for health is less paperwork and more running barefoot through the grass. Movement is a medicine for creating change in a person’s physical, mental and emotional states.
There are certain tips which is to be followed to gain a good health are; try and keep yourself happy and stress free, avoid smoking if you have a habit of it, do your cardio, lift weights, stretch your body parts, drink more than eight glasses of water daily as water is one of the important tool which helps you to lose your weight, eat plenty of unprocessed fruit and vegetables, sleep for at least eight hours in a night. To have a good and rich physic, follow the tips and guidance.
