Q:Why do some people who are very good at knowledge cannot give speeches and lectures properly? How can anyone overcome it?
Krishna: There can be several reasons for this.
While it is true that introverts process stimulation differently and can struggle with thinking on their feet in high-pressure, spontaneous environments, public speaking is a structured activity that allows for deep preparation. The brains of introverts get over- stimulated by the presence of lots of people.
The difficulty in giving presentations is often tied to social anxiety or general nervousness rather than introversion itself.

Why public speaking can feel hard for introverts
Over-stimulation: Highly stimulating environments can overload short-term memory, making spontaneous or off-the-cuff remarks difficult.
Energy drain: Large groups and social engagement expend a lot of an introvert's internal energy, leading to fatigue.
Performance pressure: Viewing a speech as a high-stakes theatrical performance rather than a shared conversation creates unnecessary stress.
They are not good at art: Some people have very good scientific knowledge. But the art of communicating and presenting things right is a difficult ball game.
Some introverts cannot act: People like scientists cannot act like artists and religious people and play with the emotions of people in front of them.
But introverts can excel at speeches if they try these things, say some experts.

Deep preparation: Introverts naturally lean into research, writing, and mental rehearsal, ensuring their message is well-thought-out and organized.
Value-driven content: They prefer to speak only when they have something meaningful to share rather than filling silence with fluff.
Calm presence: Their reflective and listening nature helps them tune into the audience's needs, creating a sincere and authentic connection

Right, several people give lectures on how to overcome these inadequacies.  But to be frank they don't work for me.

Let me tell you why.
The real reason is these points above are not what makes me stall.

In my article Science and Spirituality I answered a Q:

Q: How do you feel after attaining higher consciousness?
Q: Why do people want to be alone after  attaining wisdom?
Q: Why do enlightened people prefer to be alone?
Krishna:
Higher consciousness?
I will have to forget it sometimes to live like a normal being! Otherwise you cannot live a normal life!
Whether I am walking, talking, sitting, standing or  awake doing things, observing things, knowledge and vision are continuously and uninterruptedly presented to me. It takes great effort to keep myself calm despite everything.
Don't misrepresent me with what is contrary to fact. I don't like that a bit! A fact should be presented as it is without exaggerating it!
This is the vision:
The atoms in my body and those of  others too have many 'past' forms and lives,  and 'future' forms and lives - the atoms and energy  in my body taking different forms both living and non-living-  that is, one birth- one form, second change  from partial part of my body - with some atoms of 'my' body-another form, third change - separate entity ,… a hundred births, … a hundred thousand forms,  I see 'my matter' that formed my body  and that of other beings  too passing away and reappearing, involved in inferior and superior, fair and unfair, fortunate and unfortunate dramas of lives and forms, and I understand how living beings change their lives, shapes, forms in an eternal recycling drama.
This is not reincarnation, mind it, just re-cycling!
And how science directs this eternal show.
That is the time
When I cannot differentiate between I and you. When I can see everybody and everything as a single unit.
My mind becomes a vacuum - there is nothing to feel , no sadness, no happiness, no jealousy,  no anger, no fear, no worry, no misery, no hatred.
There's another more fundamental level to this. Transcending back to the Source (universe) makes you lose your identity as separate from the Source. You're no longer "a person."  Not much to go on, is it?
Then create a goal to help everybody around. But why do you want to change the ways of the SOURCE? You ask yourself this big Q. Why?

Maybe that is one of the ways of working of the universe too.
How can you live like a human being then?
I will have to pull myself back to the usual ways. Forget all that to be myself again!
That is a great paradox!
Knowing everything but pretending not knowing it!
Realizing the eternal truth but feign ignorance!
Have great visions but invent blindness!
Want to help, but 'who', or 'what'?
One you helping another you!
You helping yourselves? Your other forms?
What do you do then?
Weave a cocoon around you (getting back to the 'I' act again) to avoid this irony!
Enlightenment is realizing there is no lack or incompleteness…so being alone is completely comfortable. One who attained  wisdom of the highest form  would always prefer to be alone- self abiding. And find uninterrupted inner bliss!
Because there is no-nothing! Or no-anything!
Understood anything?
Moreover, I am highly empathetic!

I certainly can feel others’ feelings even if they don’t tell me anything and without any effort on my part.

I feel the feelings of others around me. Sometimes I feel I am them living their lives!

It happens to the extent that it disturbs me a lot if those feelings are sad or painful. I try to control my response but the initial feelings are not in my control.

They are more intense in some places like hospitals, the ICUs, and the trauma care centres and that was why I used to avoid them earlier.

When one of my aunts was on her deathbed (she had liver cancer), although she was at home, I fainted, unable to bear the feeling of her pain. The doctor attending her was so surprised that he told me not to visit her again. The feeling becomes that intense.

Now after thorough critical thinking and training of my mind I can control some of it but not all.

I don’t know whether this is a gift or a curse because I can never harm anyone either physically or mentally because I can understand how much pain they can feel.

My face will become a mirror to your feelings. You can clearly see your feelings in mine!

Sometimes I avoid people if their feelings denote something ‘bad’, ‘cruel’ or anything that comes under the heading ‘negative’.

It is not easy to carry others’ emotional states too. That is why I prefer solitude rather than being in physical social spaces.

If I visit physical social spaces, I can feel others' minds and motives, read in between lines, see what is inside the masks people are wearing, feel strange vibrations all people emit, and this is very uncomfortable and burdensome. Because your mind will try to analyse what is going on, how to protect yourself from all this and this type of atmosphere drains me. So I prefer solitude to preserve my energy to do useful things, to walk on a purposeful path, not to waste it on what is not  desirable.

All this might feel strange to you but it is a daily reality to me. I prefer to be alone. That serves my mission better.

If I am attending a meeting, standing in front of lots of people to give  a speech, or try to talk to them,
all that I said above interferes! My mind will be in a different state, analyzing different things at the same time and I get lost in all this.
I forget what I am trying to say.
Sometimes I write my speeches and try to read from them by concentrating on the paper before me.
But still oftentimes my mind gets disturbed, I lose my way and I forget where I am!
Unable to cope with everything happening around me, my voice goes haywire.
I try to control it as much as possible and read what is written on the paper. But that doesn't make a good speech.
I cannot look at people because that removes their veils!
Controlling myself before an unmasked person is an extremely difficult art. I am trying to master it, though.
People who cannot understand all this can give lectures on how to give good speeches. But that doesn't work for people like me with higher awareness.

Now let me ask you a question. These days we are seeing several "influencers" ** giving speeches very attractively. But do these speeches always contain the facts? Do they contain good guidance?
The answer often is an affirmative "NO". But still they are becoming very popular.
Why?
Because of acting skills that attract immature minds!
Because of extrovertism, a personality trait which is falsely marked as more positive!
Because of invoking the emotions of non-critical thinkers!
Because of appeals to confirmation biases!
Because of their cognitive shallowness and lightness!

If you cannot have all these characters because you refuse to be "like that",  you are not a good speaker!

Now tell me how can I become "less aware" to give a special speech?
Nobody can answer this question and give me  good advice now!

Read what I write in isolation and forget about my speeches in public!
People who invite me all the time and  get my 'no' as an answer will get disappointed.
And my colleagues will be flabbergasted.

But Krishna will be unfazed as usual!

Public perception of the "worst" or most heavily criticized influencers in India often centers on creators accused of spreading misinformation, producing low-effort or toxic content, or exploiting personal lives for views.
Common categories of criticized creators
Pseudoscience and Misinformation: Health, fitness, and wellness creators  face heavy backlash  for shifting from practical fitness advice toward unverified  claims and questionable lifestyle mandates. Similarly, podcast-style creators  are frequently criticized for platforming unverified theories and promoting pseudoscience.
"Finfluencers" and Shady Promotions: Financial commentators and creators are often called out on communities like TechEnclave for oversimplifying complex market risks, selling superficial courses, or pushing questionable brand sponsorships.
Exploitative Vlogging: Family and daily vloggers  draw sharp criticism for documenting private family conflicts and putting children into the constant glare of public content creation. Others face community bewilderment over the massive popularity of mundane, low-effort daily footage.
Toxic or Low-Grade Content: High-profile creators  are frequently targeted on discussion boards for fostering toxic fanbases, aggressive behaviour, and controversial public actions.
