I have established rules for making compositions to be used in the  visual psychotherapy.

Together, co-opting and friends, I think we managed to make

our work known and to be applied in psychotherapy.

All art is art! When you are expressing your feelings thru it or reacting to your situations thru it, they can be both positive as well as negative. Some people say only positive feelings should be expressed in art. Art Therapy says you can express your feelings in any way you want so that negativeness can be dealt with & removed from your mind. Then art helps in healing you. Art is art- whether positive or negative or anti or for!
