I have been invited as a guest artist to this Biennial and I am participating in it. The Director of this Biennial, Mrs Seba Ugurtan, requested me to post the details of the Biennial on all Indian art networks so that artists here could see, read, know about it and participate in the future Biennials.

The supporters of this Biennial are Governor of Izmir, Ministry of Culture and Tourism ( Turkey) Art & Sculpture , IMM and Ege University. Invitation letters have been sent to the consulates and embassies of all the countries.

Special Jury - consisting people at the top of their art careers - had selected the art works and artists for this Biennial.

after reading this announcement of IZMIR'S BIENNAL, I WAS WONDERING ....

ITS THEM WHO DECIDE WHOM OF ARTISTS CAN PARITICIPATE IN THIS? OR MAY I SEND AN APPLICATION TO THEM?

See, i m really interested inparticipatin, because itREALLY TOUCHED ME, THE FACT THAT IT IS GOING TOHAPPEN IN IZMIR. I WAS BORN IN ISTANBUL.
