How is a anthrax used?

Krishna: Anthrax is a serious infectious disease caused by gram-positive, rod-shaped bacteria known as Bacillus anthracis. It occurs naturally in soil and commonly affects domestic and wild animals around the world. People can get sick with anthrax if they come in contact with infected animals or contaminated animal products.

How is it used? Do you mean 'to cause harm to somebody'?
We are not supposed to tell people that. I will give a brief introduction, though, as the information is available all over the net.  Anthrax has been used as a weapon (biological agent) around the world for the past 100 years. Anthrax weaponization is the development and deployment of the bacterium Bacillus anthracis or, more commonly, its spore (referred to as anthrax), as a biological weapon.

Powdered anthrax spores were deliberately put into letters that were mailed through the  postal system. It could be put into food or water. Anthrax also could be released into the air ( aerial dispersion) from a truck, building, or plane. This type of attack would mean the anthrax spores could easily be blown around by the wind or carried on people’s clothes, shoes, and other objects. It only takes a small amount of anthrax to infect a large number of people.
If anthrax spores were released into the air, people could breathe them in and get sick with anthrax. Inhalation anthrax is the most serious form and can kill quickly if not treated immediately. Anthrax spores can cause infection from inhalation, skin contact, ingestion or injection and when untreated can lead to death.
Please don't use this information to cause harm to anybody
