Q: Why is it when I press my fingertip hardly it turns yellow for that moment and then return back to the original colour?

Krishna: It usually turns white, not yellow, when you press your finger tip.

If it is turning yellow, that means you have jaundice. Jaundice is a condition in which the skin, whites of the eyes and mucous membranes turn yellow because of a high level of bilirubin, a yellow-orange bile pigment.
Yellow discoloration of the skin may be associated with carotenemia, hypothyroidism, liver disease, and renal disease.
Why does your skin turn yellow when you squeeze or after sometime the bruises occur?
This is because the final hemoglobin breakdown product is bilirubin, which is yellow. The yellow slowly fades away, leaving your skin healed and normal, as your body clears the last of these chemicals from your blood.
Fingers or toes may change colour when they are exposed to cold temperatures or stress, or when there is a problem with their blood supply.
Why do  fingers turn yellow when cold?
This “Raynaud's phenomenon” or Raynaud's attack causes the skin's surface to feel cold and look white or yellow. If the blood flow is restricted for longer periods of time, those areas may feel numb and turn purplish blue.
When nails become discoloured, it usually means that you've picked up an infection or nail fungus. It can also mean that your nails have been stained by a product like nail polish, or that you're having an allergic reaction.
If you are suffering from anemia you become pale too.
Finally the answer to your Q:

Intravascular Volume Depletion and what causes your skin to turn white in colour or blanched when pressed with a finger and released. When you press on the skin, you force the blood out of the capillaries and the skin turns white. This is called blanching, blanched skin, skin blanches, or simply skin turns white. When skin is blanched, it takes on a whitish appearance as blood flow to the region is prevented.

If circulation is normal, the capillary blood comes back instantly and skin colour returns. But if the blood return is sluggish, the skin stays white for several seconds and can indicate poor blood circulation. Blanching of the skin is usually a localized reaction and may be a sign that the skin tissue is not receiving its usual blood supply - poor circulation - due to swelling, cold, or other problems, such as insufficient blood flow through the vessels.
