When you look at a photograph taken in the past what do you see? Does it remind you of your past? What if there were no photographs taken in your past? Really after asking this kind of questions to myself, I praise the person who invented camera to capture the wonderful memories. The art of capturing memories of remarkable times through images is known as Photography. Some people have photography as their hobby whereas some people make their career in it. I am one of the people who like to capture the memories and keep it forever. Photography has become my passion since the age of fourteen, when I really started understanding about the photography. Before that I use to just play with the camera and click on funny photos. But after I really understood about photography, it became my hobby.
Whatever be the case, I am very passionate about it. And really you need to be passionate if you really want good images. It is not so easy to capture a moment in a frame as it sounds. I believe that “If your pictures are not good enough, you are not close enough”. Anybody can click a photograph but in order to retain the beauty of the photo it is very essential to know the basics of photography. Those who carry out photography as a hobby can go through some of my tips. There are many aspects of photography which needs to be kept in mind while clicking pictures.
I have learned many things while clicking the images, they may sound very simple but many of us forget to remember these simple steps while using the camera. Like, while taking a photo of a living being, to capture the expression in a wonderful way, the camera should be held at the eye level of the object. Secondly, one should always use flash mode because it is not true that only during night there is low level of light rays, sometimes during day also there are less flow of light due to cloudy weather. So it is better to use flash mode every time. Never forget to check the background before clicking a photograph, a photo with a plain background looks much better than that of a background with many objects.
The distance should be maintained, it should be shorten while clicking a picture. Always place the object in the center and hold the shutter button half way down to create the sharp pictures. These are some of the tips which I have learned from my 15 years of experience in photography. I am not a professional photographer but yes it is true that my family members believe that I am good in clicking the images. It is very easy to start learning it. Wherever you go, keep the camera with you, it doesn’t means that you have to wait for the occasion or vacation, you are out of your house, camera should be with you. You don’t know which moment will become your remarkable memory. Be with the camera and follow my simple and basic steps, you will really generate very good photographs.
