A good doctor is the one who has the right knowledge about his patient's health condition

Q: Who, according to you, is a good doctor?
Krishna: "Good" denotes morality most of the time.
So people who give importance to it usually think with their culturally, religiously and familially conditioned minds that people who talk sweetly or with respect are good.
If he has a medical intuition and can connect things, and high-level, near-photographic recall to recognize you, a person who can support patients and their loved ones - people treat these things as good.

But think about this: You go to the doctor to get treated.   That is the main aim of visiting him or her.
A psychological boost definitely helps an emotional or distressed patient.
But I came across medical practitioners who can talk very sweetly with patients but can't treat them correctly. Just sweet talk can't treat people.
I also saw  patients who think a doctor who  charms them is good.

Somehow I am not emotional and don't judge people with emotions. I don't need an external psychological boost.
So my parameters will be different. When I visit doctors, I carefully consider their words which denote their knowledge of the subject - in this case the health condition of the person sitting in front of them.
I see how well he keeps up with the latest research in the field and the resultant comprehension and proficiency  in the subject.
Also, how well he can promote health as well as treat disease
Embrace the power of information and communication technologies to support people with the best available information, while respecting their individual values and preferences.
Always ask courteous questions regarding the health condition, let people talk, and listen to them carefully.
Give unbiased advice, let people participate actively in all decisions related to their health and health care, assess each situation carefully, and help whatever the situation.
Use evidence as a tool,  humbly accept death as an important part of life; and help people make the best decisions when death is close.
Work cooperatively with other members of the healthcare team.
Be a proactive advocate for their patients, mentors for other health professionals, and ready to learn from others, regardless of their age, role, or status.

And of course, I want to visit a person who gives humaneness priority, despite his or her busy schedules, to treat people. He need not indulge in buttering up his words, but he has to convince me he is the right person to trust with my condition.
These, in my view, are the mark of a good doctor.
