Q: Is science just a process, not a destination?

Krishna: Not really!

Like I have been saying all along, Science  has two aspects to it.

One: The principles with which this universe came into existence (to atheists), or created (to theists) and run by it (universal science).

Two:  The process with which we study this universe.

People usually take only the second one into consideration, not the first one while dealing with this aspect. But the truth is, without scientific principles, this universe in which we live, wouldn't have come into existence in the first place. Only when the scientific principles based universe came into existence, the consequences like galaxies, stars, planets, origin of life, its evolution, human beings and finally their, art, culture and religions became a reality.

So science is the basis for everything.

The second aspect deals with the process. The process leads to reach the first one - that is our destination while we follow the process. To find, unravel the mysteries of this universe and life  in it, to analyse and  understand and utilize  science for our benefit is certainly our destination.

Isn't that the cause why we follow the path of science? Don't we follow the scientific process to reach our destination - the universe whose language is written in science?

So science is both a process and a destination too!

But you can reach your correct destination only when what you studied (aspect two) and observed tallies with universal science (aspect one) and the facts get established with the support of evidence.

In the process, sometimes you can go off target because of human mind limitations and that is why we say science is an ongoing process. So we keep trying over and over again to reach our destination of universal science in whose language this universe is written.

While it's true that science is a process, it's literally a process to get closer and closer to absolute truth and that truth is our real destination of universal science.

Q: Is the universe beyond science?

Krishna: If you think it is magic, no, it is not. Just because of human mind limitations if you cannot understand the universal science like you should, it is not beyond the first aspect of science. It is science based and scientific principle - run.
