Q: How do I find the universal power of science?

Krishna: You can feel and find it everywhere if you perceive it in the right way.

Science has two aspects to it.

One: The principles and laws* with which this universe came into existence (to atheists), or created (to theists) and run by it.

Two: The process with which we study this universe.

People usually take only the second one into consideration, not the first one while dealing with this aspect. So they think it is not possible to find the universal power of science.

But the truth is, without scientific principles and laws, this universe in which we live, wouldn't have come into existence in the first place. Only when the scientific principles based universe came into existence, the consequences like galaxies, stars, planets, origin of life, its evolution, human beings and finally their religions, studies became a reality.

So science is the basis for everything. (1)

Right from particles in atoms to galaxies and stars in  this universe everything here follows the scientific principles to come into existence and continue to exist.

Life becomes reality only by following  scientific principles.

Without these scientific principles you, I and the universe cannot run or exist.

Without science you cannot study, understand and solve any problem in the right way here.

I can see “science and its principles and laws” everywhere and in everything in this universe. In every atom, particle, life form, and the whole universe. That is the universal power of science.

Take these scientific principles and rules from this universe, it just ceases to exist!

The scientific definition of the universe (Source: NASA) is everything that exists, including:

  • All of space and time, also known as spacetime
  • All matter, such as stars, planets, moons, and galaxies
  • All energy in its various forms, including electromagnetic radiation
  • The physical laws that influence energy and matter, such as conservation laws, classical mechanics, and relativity

Put another way,  matter, energy and everything in the universe (including space itself) is scientific principle-derived.

Can’t you see all this and perceive it?

Want more evidence can you get than this?

Now after reading my answer, show me a single place where you can’t find the scientific rules and principles in this universe and tell me “science” ( aspect one) doesn’t exist here.

That is the “universal power of science” .

I created an art work based on this very theme long back

Some Qs. people asked me on science and my replies to them - Part 28

——-

*A scientific principle is a fundamental idea or rule that explains or controls how something happens

Principles are ideas based on scientific rules and laws that are generally accepted by scientists. They are fundamental truths that are the foundation for other studies.

Some might call these with another name, but they are ‘science based’, period.
