Q: Why is it never said that 'when science claims something to be true, it has got all the reasons to turn it into a falsity too (in the future)'?
Krishna : Your question/statement is only partially correct. Why?
Usually what people think when they use the word ‘science’ is - the study of the nature and behaviour of natural things and the knowledge that we obtain about them. This is one aspect of science. Okay? Right.
But there is another aspect to science too. The principles that govern this universe. Those that are responsible for the birth and the running of this universe. Those without which this universe cannot exist. The scientific principles. They are absolute facts. Most People don’t think about them at all when they talk about science!
Now when your observations and results perfectly tally with the universal science, they become facts in the scientific studies. You cannot falsify these universal science based facts in a given condition. Never ever.
But because of the human mind limitations, you can go wrong sometimes and your results don’t exactly agree with the universal science but you get a false impression that they do. In such cases, you or other scientists in your field can falsify them and improve upon them. That way you get closer to the universal science.
So your statement is only partially correct. Partially correct ones need not be taken as facts in all given conditions.
Q: Are all science theories temporarily authentic until and unless we know more about the universe?
Only when our present knowledge fully tallies with the universal scientific principles, they become totally authentic facts.
But because of human mind limitations, we cannot understand these absolute scientific facts the universe ‘s based on in certain (several) areas. Therefore, science, the study with which we try to understand the universe, accepts this inadequacy and makes falsification one of the ingredients of the scientific method.
Some subjects are still in a very infant stage and cannot be understood fully. But some are more advanced and are closer to universal scientific principles. We think they almost reached the universal facts. But who knows what surprises still await us?!
Q: Are there things you discovered in day to day life which you think opposes science but didn't tell anyone?
Before you call this an irrational statement, let me explain.
Usually what people think when they use the word ‘science’ is - the study of the nature and behaviour of natural things and the knowledge that we obtain about them. Okay? Right.
But there is another aspect to science too. The principles that govern this universe. Those that are responsible for the birth and the running of this universe. Those without which this universe cannot exist. The scientific principles. They are absolute facts. Most People don’t think about them at all when they talk about science!
Now only when your observations and results tally with the universal science, they become facts in the scientific studies. If they go against the universal science, that means your studies have failed, or your perception took the wrong route, or you are under an illusion.
So your thinking under those circumstances is highly flawed. But still some people think science can’t answer the questions correctly. But the truth is science has all the right answers. Only thing is human mind, because of its limitations, is unable to fathom this universal science.
So nobody can discover anything that goes against the facts of universal science. Or invent anything that doesn’t abide by universal scientific principles. Period!
Q: What are some of your favourite scientific papers, and what are they about?
The entire process fascinated me to no end. I might have read some thousands of research papers but nothing compares to these death dance papers. I have seen real death dance in hospital ICU wards. The final stages of human beings and the last flickering of life. But what happens inside a living body at the bio-chemical level during that time is more captivating and understanding it might one day lead to conquering of death itself. Who knows?!
Lab is the only place where it all starts and such spellbinding things can actually happen!
Q: How do I get rid of superstition?
Nobody else can deal with your imagination and give suggestions you like.
Becoming a scientist requires dealing with adversity very effectively and the ability to withstand frustration and overcome failure. A scientist should be able to go on and on even when the going gets tough. These qualities are probably as important as a person's innate intellectual gifts because in science you need extreme patience and persistence to deal with failures over and over again as you would be the first person who would be venturing into unknown and untested worlds very frequently. You very rarely face success in one or two attempts. Only several years of unrelenting perseverance can yield good results.
Karl Marx had said in his Das Kapital: "There is no royal road to science, and only those who do not dread the fatiguing climb of its steep paths have a chance of gaining its luminous summits.”
The specific traits of a scientific mind
Q: Why do scientists also seem to pray for their successes while those I feel are among the most practical and logical beings? They have based their lives only on experimentations and their results so as to state.
Because when you are not mentally strong, lack critical thinking skills because of lopsided training, you depend on some sort of external emotional support. A culturally and religiously conditioned mind thinks, ‘ if praying brings some sort of emotional support during difficult times, why not do it?’
And scientists deal with uncertainty and failure day in and day out because they venture into unknown and untested arenas very frequently.
Not everybody is a critical thinker and not everybody is mentally strong. When we understand that, we try to tolerate scientists praying as long as it doesn’t affect and interfere with their work.
Q: Can anybody sense negative energies in a house and cure it?
Because negative energy, outside of science ( Negative energy ) , in a house is a perception , not reality. The things some strange practitioners suggest like crystal healing, spreading salt etc. don’t work.
Negative energies in personalities denote psychological problems. You need to consult a qualified doctor who deals with the subject.
Again people say there are negative energies in the body when you suffer from certain conditions like fatigue, headache etc. But they have an underlying reason and you should consult a genuine medical doctor to get rid of them. Detoxification and other remedies the quacks prescribe don’t work.
When you yourself create problems because of your inadequacies and are unable to solve them, non-experts and people without real medical skills cannot help you much either.
Q: Why should we immediately stop using firecrackers?
But I think everybody should trust science and these are the reasons I give for my assertion …

Q: What does science say about these things we spiritualists believe:
We have five senses namely seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting and feeling.
The sixth sense is intuition.
We have thoughts and they are beyond the five senses but no human being has any doubts that he/she has thoughts. How does consciousness perceive thought? It is not using any of the five senses to perceive thoughts!
We do not know! It is a great mystery!
For that matter we do not know from direct experience how seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting and feeling happen either!
Nobody feels their eyeballs, retina, optic nerve, neurons or the brain. They do not feel their brains interpreting the optic signal and yet seeing somehow happens.
We do not “know” anything at all from our own direct experience.
Living is somehow happening! Aliveness is self luminous and self evident but it is not an object that can be perceived or known. It can only be lived!
You are your aliveness and not the body or the personality. Aliveness includes everything in the field of perception. There is no border discerned between the subject and the object, nor is there anything discernible as the act of observation. The subject, the object and the act of observation all coalesce into ONE ALIVENESS.
ALIVENESS is all there IS! This is the sixth sense!
Krishna:
Our thoughts originate from the previous knowledge gained through our senses and their analyses. They are not beyond five senses. It is not a mystery.
We feel the sensations of eye balls, through pain, vision and touch sensors of neurons. Science has explained the processes in detail.
Science has also explained how ‘some things live’ while others don’t.
Q: Given that today's young generation has access to facts and truth from all possible information sources, how true is the fact that the future Indian society will have be less superstitious and have less taboos?
A culturally, religiously, emotionally, ideologically and politically conditioned mind processes that information differently from that of a neutral and scientifically oriented critical thinking mind.
Most human minds cannot tolerate cognitive dissonance. Therefore they stick to their original path of thinking that gives less discomfort and avoid new information that goes against their beliefs and conditioning.
There is another aspect too. Modern means lots of chaos and competition where a person’s mind has less control over this situation. Such situations make people take temporary external emotional support such as irrational beliefs.
Unless a person is mentally very strong, a highly critical thinker who has the courage to come out of a conditioned mind, swim against the tide, and can stand on his/her own, has lots of knowledge to process information correctly, it is not possible for anybody to come out the holes s/he lives in just like that only because a new day has dawned with lots of promise. You should have the capacity to utilize it correctly.
Majority of the Indian youth don’t fit this bill, sorry.
