Q: How do I clean my stomach naturally?

Krishna : Have you seen any animal cleaning its digestive system itself? No? Why?
Because the digestive system can clean itself if it is healthy. You don't have to clean it. You can only assist it a little bit by practicing good habits.

Abdominal sounds (bowel sounds) are made by the movement of the intestines as they push food through. The intestines are hollow, so bowel sounds echo through the abdomen much like the sounds heard from water pipes. Most bowel sounds are normal. They simply mean that the gastrointestinal tract is working properly.

'Cleaning and detoxifying' your gut or colon are the words used by alternative medical practitioners and don't have any significance in modern medicine.

Colon cleansing is a process that involves flushing out the large intestine with liquid such as water. It's commonly done before some medical procedures, so that medical doctors can see inside the intestine. People who practice alternative medicine offer colon cleansings for other reasons, such as removing chemicals called toxins from the body. But you don't need a colon cleansing to get rid of toxins, also known as detoxing. Detoxing the colon also is not recommended or needed for any medical condition.

Some alternative medicine professionals believe that toxins from the digestive tract can cause headaches, arthritis and other conditions. They think that colon cleansing removes toxins and boosts energy or the immune system. But there's no evidence that colon cleansing offers these helpful effects. What's more, the digestive system already gets rid of waste material and germs called bacteria from the body. Also, research doesn't show that the body holds on to toxins from regular diet or activity.
The signs of a healthy gut are : regular and pain-free bowel movements, consistent energy, normal amount of gas and bloating, healthy bowel transit time (in a healthy person, this generally takes 30 to 40 hours but can take up to 72 hours. While you won’t be able to measure this at home, regular bowel movements are a good indicator that food is moving through your body at a healthy pace)   , mental clarity, healthy reactions to food and stress.
Causes and indications of poor gut health:
Food allergy or sensitivity: Food allergies and sensitivities can trigger multiple digestive issues. Symptoms can vary depending on the condition’s type and severity, but common issues include diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting.
Celiac disease: Celiac disease is an autoimmune disorder that causes damage to the small intestine when a person consumes gluten. It can impact the body’s ability to absorb nutrients and lead to symptoms like chronic fatigue, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, gas, and bloating.
Imbalanced diet: Your gut needs a variety of nutrients to thrive. Consuming too many foods or drinks high in sugar, artificial sweeteners, saturated and/or trans fats, and animal proteins can contribute to poor gut health and increase the risk of developing certain digestive conditions.
Chronic stress: Over time, high levels of stress can alter microbiota composition in the gut and lead to a bacterial imbalance. Stress can also increase gut mobility (the movement of food through the body), resulting in bouts of diarrhea and/or abdominal pain.
Smoking and drinking: People who smoke and drink  are more likely to experience acid reflux and peptic ulcers. Smoking can also make these conditions harder to treat and increase the risk of developing Crohn’s disease and/or cancers of the digestive organs.
Medications: Certain medications can throw off the bacterial balance in the gut and trigger several digestive symptoms. If you experience digestive issues after starting a new medication, you should discuss your symptoms with your doctor.
To improve your gut health you must eat a balanced diet and fibre rich foods, reduce processed foods, exercise regularly at least keep moving,  get good sleep, reduce stress,  drink plenty of fluids, maintain good microbes, and stop smoking and drinking.
Don't believe alternate medical practitioners as they don't give correct information. Colon cleaning is a scam.
Risks of colon cleaning: There are two main types of colon cleanses.
One type flushes out the colon with a large amount of liquid. This is called colonic irrigation, also known as a colonic. It's done using a tube that's placed in the rectum, the last few inches of the large intestine.
The other main type of colon cleansing, called an enema, empties the colon using a small amount of liquid. The liquid is held in the large intestine for a short time before being removed. Colon cleanses done for medical reasons use water. Colon cleanses done for detoxing sometimes use herbal solutions, coffee or coffee grounds instead of water.
Colon cleansing can be dangerous. Coffee enemas have been linked to many deaths. And in general, colon cleansing also can cause less serious side effects. These include cramping, bloating, diarrhea, upset stomach and vomiting. For some bowel conditions such as colitis or a blocked intestine, colon cleansing can lead to worse symptoms. It also can lead to complications such as bleeding in the digestive tract.
Other risks of colon cleansing include:losing too much fluid, also called dehydration, a tear in the rectum, also called a perforation, caused by placing a tube in the rectum, infection, a change in the balance of important minerals in the body called electrolytes - this can be dangerous if you have kidney or heart disease, or other health conditions.
So the bottom line is you don’t have to clean your digestive system. It can clean itself.
