In the Grip of Discovery and Creativity

Very often we artists will be in a world of our own. When an idea grips us - we feel as if our minds are on fire. Yes, they start burning!

I am in several creative fields. I am also in the field of science which has me completely in its grip. When I want to find out something- for days, months and years I cut off the whole world. I become very absent-minded (my

AVATAR is a film version of an exquisite gemstone faceted with thousands, if not millions of bejeweled faces, components and appearances.

When I thought about these two… Continue

I noticed during my observation of the internet that although the modern transport systems and various media especially the World Wide Web bring human beings from all parts of the world together, most people still think and understand things from their own points of view and not from a global one when they deal with… Continue

To The Mist That Refreshes Me All Days, My Love Always, Namaste, Miguel

We need a little more compassion, and if we cannot have it then no politician or even a magician can save the planet.

~The Dalai Lama

Change is Inevitable

As Buddhists, we work to accept the impermanence and inevitable decay of the physical body. But it’s not enough to accept it as a fact; we can believe in this and still not want it in plain sight. Nagarjuna said, “Change makes all things possible.” It is… Continue
